MCEF requires collaborations with other community partners to help with the develoment of our young adults and assist with rebuilding the infrastructure of our communities. The program offerings such as job coaching, life skills workshops, and mentoring provide positive structures for the community and are designed to have performance indicators with measurable outcomes; along with leadership development services in all categories.
