Westray, President/CEO of Morgaret Business Solutions, LLC serves as an Independent HR/Staffing Consultant with over 18 years in the recruiting, employee relations, and training & development field. Her published dissertation entitled, “Job Readiness Training: A Qualitative Study of Program Graduates in Rural South Carolina” further supports her commitment to workforce development and ensuring that today’s global workforce have the necessary employability skills to compete in a diverse and global economy.
