Morgaret Community Empowerment Foundation (MCEF)

Mission Statement: To empower economically disadvantaged persons and communities with the necessary employability skills and competencies through providing career development & job training assistance, mentoring and other workforce training and development resources in an effort to promote self-sufficiency

and sustainability in the 21st century global workforce.

Vision: To serve those communities who are underserved, underprivileged, disenfranchised and

disadvantaged with acquiring the necessary knowledge and resources to achieve greater self-identity,

academic excellence, community involvement and balanced living.

Morgaret Community Empowerment Foundation (MCEF) strives to assist economically disadvantaged persons by providing outreach services for them to come and learn about life challenges in academic-enriched settings . This is best achieved through introducing life skills that increase their confidence and intellectual capabilities. MCEF targets youth and young adults through education and academic/life skills enrichment programs.

MCEF requires collaborations with other community partners to help with the development of our young

adults and assist with rebuilding the infrastructure of our communities. The program offerings such as job coaching, life skills workshops, and mentoring provide positive structures for the community and are

designed to have performance indicators with measurable outcomes; along with leadership development services in all categories.

Morgaret Community Empowerment Foundation (MCEF) was established on October 31, 2008 and officially designated as a Nonprofit - Public Charity Organization and tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. Please note that all donations that go to support our cause are tax deductible.
